Liability
User is never obliged to compensate the Customer or third parties for damage resulting from a defect in the delivered product, defective delivery, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the User. User is never liable for consequential damage or business damage, indirect damage and loss of profit or loss of turnover.
