Shipping Methods
Pick up
You can pick up your order in Zoutelande at the Duinhotel Haga reception. This must be arranged with us in advance so we can prepare your products. Duinhotel Haga does have a cabinet with a small assortment of Zeeland products.
Shipping via PostNL
Parcels are shipped via PostNL, and shipping costs €6.50. Free shipping applies to orders over €70.
Free delivery in Walcheren
For a minimum order of €35 or more, delivery in Walcheren is free, and this option will appear during checkout.
Letterbox parcel
We send smaller orders as letterbox parcels. The cost for this is €5.
Belgium
We also ship to Belgium with Post NL. The costs for this are €9 excluding VAT.
Germany
We also ship to Germany with Post NL. The costs for this are €9.50 excluding VAT.
Payment methods
You can pay with us using the following options:
- iDeal
- PayPal
- Bank transfer in advance
As soon as payment is received, the package will be dispatched. This must be done within five days to ensure swift processing of the order.
Bancontact Mr Cash (Belgian iDeal)
Convenient if you want to pay with a Belgian debit card.
Giropay (German iDeal)
Convenient if you want to pay with a German debit card.
Klarna Pay Later
A convenient option if you prefer to pay later, for example, if you want to wait until the products have arrived.
A secure option, and you only pay the amount within 30 days.
The payment is processed via Klarna, and Klarna will notify you when payment is due.
A surcharge is applied for post-payment via Klarna, and this will be automatically displayed at checkout.
